There are several solutions to treat complete tooth loss. One commonly used version is a fixed denture, which is a denture that is fixed on implants but can still be removed.<\/p>\n

To create a replacement, 4 implants are required. A metal frame (which is the prosthesis itself) fixed to the four implants in the lower (or upper) jawbone stabilises the denture.<\/p>\n

The great advantage of this solution is that the denture resembles a removable bridge, but is held in place by the bridge. The prosthesis is easy to clean and has a good chance of being used in cases of major bone loss.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
